Greg Cook is executive vice president and general manager of Global Institutional for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources.
In this role, Cook is responsible for Ecolab’s Global Institutional business, which provides food safety and cleaning and sanitizing solutions to the foodservice, healthcare, hospitality, lodging, long-term care and commercial building markets.
Previously, Cook was senior vice president and general manager of Global Pest Elimination. During his nearly 25-year tenure, Cook has held key finance, sales and general management roles across Food & Beverage, Textile Care and Institutional, including senior vice president of Global Corporate Accounts, senior vice president and general manager of Institutional Latin America, and president of the Latin America region. He joined Ecolab in 1997 as a senior financial analyst.
Cook serves on the advisory boards of the World Travel & Tourism Council, Distinguished Restaurants of North America, the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance and the Boys and Girls Club of the Twin Cities.
Cook holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
